These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the Advanced Car Locksmith website and for the mobile auto locksmith services we offer. By browsing this site or asking us to perform work, you accept the terms laid out below.
Advanced Car Locksmith is a mobile auto locksmith working throughout Seattle, WA and the surrounding communities. Our services cover car key replacement, key fob and transponder programming, help with vehicle lockouts, ignition repair and replacement, and car lock rekeying. Wherever these terms say "we," "us," or "our," they refer to Advanced Car Locksmith.
By reaching out to us for help, you give us permission to send a locksmith to the location you give us. Since our work means getting into vehicles, we may ask you to show that you own the vehicle or are otherwise allowed to access it, which can include government-issued ID along with proof of ownership or registration. If we cannot reasonably confirm ownership or authorization, we may turn down the job.
Our aim is to give you a price for your particular job before any work starts. Those estimates rest on the details you share, including your vehicle's make, model, and year and the kind of key or lock involved. Should the situation we find on arrival differ in a meaningful way from what was described, the price may change, and we will tell you about any difference before we carry on. Prices that appear anywhere on this website are for illustration only and can vary with the vehicle, the location, and the circumstances.
We do our best to get to you quickly, but how fast we arrive, whether service is available, and whether a particular job can be finished all depend on things like your location, traffic, the type of vehicle, the availability of parts, and how busy we are. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, we don't promise a specific response time.
You agree to give us accurate details about your vehicle and where it is, to be there yourself or to authorize an adult to stand in for you during service when that's needed, and to make sure the work area is reasonably safe and easy to reach. Removing or securing any valuables before we begin is your responsibility.
We carry out every job with reasonable skill and care. That said, locks, keys, ignitions, and a car's electronic systems differ enormously, and existing conditions, ordinary wear, or restrictions set by the manufacturer can all shape what's actually possible. We are not responsible for damage that was already there, for faults that have nothing to do with our work, or for problems that stem from a vehicle's age or overall condition.
So far as the law allows, the most we can be held responsible for on any claim tied to our services or to your use of this website is the amount you paid for the particular service the claim concerns. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing here removes any liability that the law says cannot be removed.
This site exists to give general information about what we do. The content can change at any time without notice, and we don't guarantee that everything on it is always complete or fully up to date. You agree not to misuse the site, to try to disrupt it, or to put it to any unlawful use. The text, layout, and design belong to Advanced Car Locksmith and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.
Some pages on our site embed maps or link out to websites and services run by other companies. We have no control over and take no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
We may revise these Terms of Service now and then. The "last updated" date near the top shows when we last changed them. If you keep using the website or our services after an update is posted, that counts as accepting the revised terms.
These terms fall under the laws of the State of Washington, setting aside any conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that arises will be dealt with in the appropriate courts of King County, Washington.
